Please note that this statement is only relevant to clients that are resident in The Republic of Ireland. Under the Consumer Protection Code we are required to make available on our website the fees and charges that we may apply, plus the amount of commission we receive from insurers concerning business placed using our services. If you have any questions concerning this then please contact us directly by email or phone (input link and phone number).
When quoting insurance for a client we will always itemise all elements of costs that make up the final insurance premium you will need to pay, if you wish to proceed with the quote. Therefore when receiving a quote from us you will be able to transparently see the administration fees and/or charges that we will make in connection with this matter. This will be the only administration fee we will charge for the life of that policy, meaning if you make changes to your policy, like change of address, ask for duplicate documents, add another therapy to you policy, etc. we will not charge an additional administration fee for this service. When adding another therapy to your policy there may be an additional insurance premium to pay if this therapy takes the risk of your insurance into another category (if this applies we would let you know the costs prior to the upgrading of your policy).
If you decide to cancel your insurance policy we will not make an administration charge for this service. You will be charged for relevant periods of insurance cover.
The maximum administration fee charged in connection with a policy incepted using our services is Euro 100.00.
The commission we may earn from insurers when clients place business using our services are as follows;

XL Insurance Company SE (XLICSE) |
|
25% |
ARAG Legal Protection Ltd (ARAG) - Affinities |

For XLICSE we may receive additional profit-sharing payments (meaning, if the volume of business we place with this insurer reaches certain pre-agreed amounts we may receive additional payments from the insurer). This may amount to 15% but is not guaranteed and is dependent upon numerous factors.
